Problema
Estou preso num ciclo de erros ao tentar configurar LocalTuya no Home Assistant. Parece ser relacionado a datacenter da Tuya Cloud, mas não encontrei solução em nenhum lugar.
Sequência de Eventos
- Criei projeto IoT em iot.tuya.com (Western America Data Center)
- Tentei configurar LocalTuya com credenciais do projeto
- Resultado: Error 1106: Permission deny - Check UserID or country code
- Tentei mudar para Eastern America Data Center
- Deletei o projeto anterior (Western America Data Center)
- Criei novo projeto em Eastern America Data Center
- Ao tentar linkar minha conta SmartLife via QR code
- Apareceu mensagem: “Data centers inconsistency. App account cannot be linked. Please select the data center matching the App account in the upper right corner of the page.”
- Tentei todos os datacenters da America na dropdown e nenhum funcionava
- Western America: Error 1106
- Eastern America: Data center mismatch message
Informações do Meu Setup
- Localização: Brasil (São Paulo)
- Instalação HA: Home Assistant em máquina física dedicada 2026.1.3
- LocalTuya: 2025.11.0 (instalada via HACS)
O que Já Tentei
Criar projeto em diferentes datacenters- Re-escanear QR code múltiplas vezes
- Usar credenciais corretas (API ID + API Secret)
- Ativar APIs (IoT Core + Authorization)
Mensagens de Erro Exatas na configuração do LocalTuya
Error 1106: Falha ao recuperar a lista de dispositivos. Error 1106: permission deny
Check UserID or country code!
Error 28841107: Error from Tuya server: Error from Tuya Cloud: Code 28841107: ‘No permission. The data center is suspended.
Please go to the cloud development platform to enable the data center.’
Check DeviceID and Region
